- You agree to use ApplyArc only for lawful purposes related to managing your job search activities.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for spam, abuse, or other prohibited activity.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and materials you upload to ApplyArc, including job applications, résumés/CVs, notes, and attachments.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (for example, storing your data, generating exports you request, or applying automation rules you enable).
4. Beta users
If you access ApplyArc as part of a beta program, you acknowledge the Service may contain bugs or incomplete functionality. Features may change, be removed, or behave unpredictably during beta.
You agree not to publicly disclose non-public information about beta features without our written consent.
5. Data protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ApplyArc, you agree to it.
6. Paid plans and billing
From time to time, we may offer paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases (for example, lifetime access or feature unlocks). Pricing and renewal details will be presented at the point of purchase.
- Ending a subscription or failing to renew does not automatically delete your ApplyArc account. Your account may be downgraded to a free tier (where available).
- If you have ever made a successful payment to ApplyArc, we may retain your account and data for a defined retention period after your last payment (as described in our Privacy Policy).
7. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
