1. Overview
ApplyArc is offered as a pre-release beta service. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge and agree that beta features may be incomplete and may change over time.
This public page is informational. Acceptance (where required) happens inside ApplyArc for invited beta users.
2. Beta nature and changes
- The beta is under active development. Features may be added, changed, disabled, or removed at any time.
- You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, performance issues, or downtime.
- We do not guarantee availability, reliability, or that any beta feature will be included in a final release.
3. Confidentiality
The beta may include non-public functionality, screens, flows, or documentation. Unless we explicitly make something public, you agree not to publicly share:
- Screenshots, screen recordings, or detailed UI walkthroughs
- Non-public feature descriptions, performance details, or roadmap information
- Any other non-public information you learn through beta access
This does not restrict you from sharing your own job-search data, provided you do not disclose non-public aspects of ApplyArc.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the data you enter into ApplyArc and for ensuring you have the right to store it.
- Do not upload confidential or sensitive information you are not authorised to store (for example, employer confidential data or third-party personal data without permission).
- If you are using email ingestion/forwarding features, ensure you comply with any obligations you have regarding those messages.
ApplyArc is designed for organising your job search. It is not a secure vault for highly sensitive information.
5. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant ApplyArc permission to use that feedback to improve the Service, without obligation to compensate you.
6. Termination
- You can stop participating at any time by discontinuing use of the beta.
- We may suspend or revoke beta access at any time, including for policy or security reasons.
Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
