During pre-launch, ApplyArc offers an early-access waitlist. We collect limited information to manage invitations and communicate updates.
1.1 Information We Collect
- Signup information: Your email address and any optional details you choose to provide when joining the beta waitlist.
- Basic usage data: Limited analytics such as page visits or device type to help us understand interest in the beta.

- To manage the beta waitlist and early-access invitations.
- To contact you about ApplyArc availability or updates.
- To help us understand demand and improve the pre-launch experience.
1.3 Data Storage
Your beta signup information is stored securely using reputable cloud providers. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
1.4 Data Retention
We retain beta signup information only as long as necessary to manage early-access invitations and communicate with interested users. You may request removal at any time.
1.5 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the information you provided.
- Request deletion of your beta signup data.
- Withdraw from the beta waitlist at any time by contacting us.
2. ApplyArc Chrome Extension
The ApplyArc Chrome Extension is designed to help you save job listing information into your ApplyArc account. The extension only accesses information on a page when you actively use it (for example, by clicking the extension).
Note: depending on the version you install, some features may be limited or in a placeholder state during review/beta. If a feature is not active, the extension will not collect or transmit job data.
2.1 Information the Extension Collects
When you activate the extension on a job listing page, it may collect information displayed on that page such as:
- Job title
- Company name
- Job description
- Job location
- Job URL
The extension does not collect your general browsing history, and it does not collect data from pages where you do not activate the extension.
2.2 How the Extension Uses This Information
- To create or update a job application record in your ApplyArc account at your request.
- To prefill job application details you choose to save.
2.3 Extension Data Storage
Extension-collected data is transmitted securely over HTTPS to ApplyArc’s backend services to perform the action you requested (for example, creating an application record). The extension itself does not permanently store that data locally beyond what is needed for the immediate operation.
2.4 Extension Data Sharing
ApplyArc does not sell your data. We do not share extension-collected data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may use service providers that help us operate ApplyArc (for example, hosting and database providers). Those providers process data only on our instructions to deliver the service.
